We offer our Brown Bag Bible study every Tuesday afternoon at 12:00 Noon which provides a look at the upcoming Sunday lessons taught by the pastor. This class meets for one hour to discuss, ask questions, and get more familiar with the biblical texts.
We also study various spiritual books, sometimes in place of our noon day Bible study or at other times during the week.
During the week, the pastor livestreams a devotion on Facebook called Facebook Church every Wednesday at 12:00 Noon on his personal Facebook page. Each devotion looks to the upcoming Sunday Scripture lesson. Simply befriend him to watch each episode.
On the 4th Sunday of the month, the pastor hosts a Sermon Talkback discussion group following Sunday worship in Fellowship Hall. This is another opportunity to dig into the biblical text, to ask any question of faith and formation, and to better understand the choices the pastor and music director make each Sunday regarding the music, sermon, and service.
And in all of our Life Group ministries, we discuss our faith and Scriptures to find how to best live out our faith journeys. We believe studying Scriptures, both by reading the Bible and studying faith stories, are important ways to cultivate one’s spiritual journeys. If you are interested in participating in our various Bible studies, please contact the Pastor.
